We have moved. Two weeks ago we sold the RV and are working on selling the truck. We found a beach house rental on an island north of Seattle and Everett. Now out my window now I see the bay. Eagles fly by, the tide goes in and out. I haven't seen them yet but there are gray whales in the bay at high tide. A month ago I saw Mount Rainier out our trailer window. Such a change in a short amount of time.
We are feeling happy about our change of adventure. It is nice to have more room to spread out. This house was a Vrbo (like Air B&B) so it was furnished now a rental. Which is good for us since we gave or sold all our furniture away because we didn't want to store it for seven years. This is perfect for us.
We look forward to exploring the Island. There are two state parks on it. And hiking trails, it should be fun. Tomorrow is the Artist Studio Tours festival. Bill is going to drive me around to studios so I don't have to worry about parking. I'll let you know how it goes.
